I designed this "4U" patch panel specifically for the 6" rack systems found on Thingiverse. I utilized these couplers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KK5CSJY/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_lQlSEbB63RPP4. Any RJ45 coupler, however, will work perfectly fine.
