6" Rack Enclosure, Customizable

This rack enclosure will hold 6" components like these, for example: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2084736, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1957436, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1905998 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1840021. More 6" components will follow, along with a customizable component. The code is available at https://github.com/KronBjorn/SixInchRack. It was designed for the 20x20 extruded aluminum profile, but any other profile can also be used. A thread cutting tap should be used in the nut-less trap and printed profile. 1U measures 14mm. The front plate is 15.5cm long. The distance between two profiles is 11.5cm. Print Settings are as follows: Supports don't matter, Notes include printing with three outer layers top/bottom/side, a layer thickness of 0.25 and infill at 33%. PLA works well.
