This is a remix of a 6" Rack Pi enclosure, featuring a custom Lid with an integrated fanmount and a faceplate sporting a precise 5mm led hole, all created by removing the original holes in the faceplate. You can easily download every required component here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2084736 A key element in this design was the use of a modified fan cover, specifically the one found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198400. 05/22/2017 Update: After making crucial adjustments to the fan mount's position, I successfully printed the lid and am now eagerly awaiting the delivery of several 40mm fans and the perfect type of screws for securing the top, which will allow me to complete the assembly.
