Introducing the 6 Packer, an exceptional way to transport your favorite bottled drinks! Made of sturdy 3/16" thick laser-cut plywood, it's assembled with strong 4-40 1/2" screws and nuts. This versatile carrier accommodates various bottle sizes, from standard long neck bottles to IBCs and short craft beer bottles. The 6 Packer is designed using OpenSCAD software, allowing you to customize parameters like material thickness, bottle diameter, fastener size, and hand grip size. Simply re-render and cut out your design with your preferred laser cutter. To create your own 6 Packer, follow these steps: 1. Modify the OpenSCAD file as needed. 2. Export the design as a DXF file (note that DXFs have no inherent units). 3. Import the DXF into Inkscape and scale it by 0.0254 to convert mils to inches. 4. Prepare your laser cutting machine and send the file for processing. 5. Assemble the pieces together, and enjoy your unique creation!
