Using cutting-edge topology optimization software, engineers carefully crafted a revolutionary shape that perfectly balances weight reduction and maximum strength potential. To ensure flawless functionality, a conservative safety factor of 10 was meticulously applied, taking into account diverse infill densities when 3D printing is considered. Although I make no promises regarding its ability to sustain heavy loads or prolonged periods, the final product surprisingly emerged as an incredibly robust structure (printed with high-quality PLA) and successfully supports my shelf, effortlessly holding speakers, photographs, and more in place.
