V3: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:66413056 Inch Prop 6035 V2Here is my design for a 6 inch propeller for RC planes.The main purpose of this was to stretch my CAD skills so please feel free to comment and advise how I could improve the design.I have designed this with a 35mm pitch and to fit 6mm motor shafts. I have incorporated inserts to also fit 2,3,4 and 5mm shafts. The inserts and prop have a slight chamfer to ensure a snug fit when using them. There are 3 variants to choose from which include a 2, 3 and 4 bladed options.Spec:Diameter: 149.72mm / 5.89”Radius: 74.86mmHeight: 10mmPitch: 35mmShaft diameter: 6mm (inserts for 2,3,4 & 5mm)Blades: 2,3 and 4 blade variants Please share your prints and opinions on where improvements could be made.
