6-inch Double Wye (pants wye) for PVC Dust Collection System

As a woodworker, I'm leveraging PVC plumbing pipe in my central dust collection system at home. One major drawback for this type of pipe is that the fittings aren't designed to handle upwards of 1000 CFM air flow, resulting in significant pressure drop to the system. Furthermore, once you reach sizes 6 inches and larger, the fittings become prohibitively expensive. These factors led me to design and print my own custom fittings for the DC system, including blast gates, elbows, and wyes. I aimed to create these components with minimal pressure drop in mind, and designed them to fit directly into PVC sewer & drain pipe without additional adapter fittings. Fewer fittings are better for DC performance. In my setup, one main 6" duct runs across the ceiling between two I-joists, necessitating a hard turn in two directions at the other side. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable 6" fitting that would work well, so I designed this piece to be used along with two 45-degree elbows. Since the whole part wouldn't fit within my printer's build volume, I split it into three separate sections and glued them together after printing.
