6 inch Disc Sander for 5/8 shaft

20211017 I designed this simple sanding disc adapter to fit the 5/8 shaft on an antique craftsman belt sander, model 103.08011. The original 8 inch disc was missing. The 6 inch size was chosen due to limitations in my build plate size and also the common availability of 6 inch round adhesive backed sandpaper. The V-belt pulley is approximately 2-7/8 inch, designed for a 1/2 inch top width belt (4L). The square nut insert openings are 11.5mm, or slightly over 7/16 inch. This is designed for 1/4-20 hardware and there are symmetrical features in case balancing is required later. This should also easily fit other motors with a 5/8 inch shaft. I have a 1/3hp 1725 RPM motor installed on the machine. Supports should not be required if you print this with the largest side facing the build platform.
