My First Thing! Made with Tinkercad. This is a family of jigs for making your own Imperial Officer Rank Bar, 2, 3, 4, and 6 button bars. Updated with 1/4" spacing between the buttons, more accurate and in line with 501st Imperial Officer Corp CRL for original trilogy rank bars It fits over 1" x 1/8" aluminum bar and is for use with the following EAO push buttons: Blue: EAO# 01-901.6 Red: EAO# 01-901.2 Yellow: EAO# 01-982.4 Let me know if it works for you. -Zaphod Edit: April 9, 2017 I tweaked the tolerances a little bit. It was very tight getting the buttons and aluminum bar to fit, I needed to file/sand mine. Also added "ears" to corners to prevent slight curl, as suggested by seaston.
