6.5x55 case trimmer for Dremel Flex shaft

**Use a Dremel Flex Shaft for length sizing 6.5x55 brass!** When I started neck-sizing brass, the case shoulders got too wide to fit my _Little Crow WFT_. So I came up with this instead. This thing uses the same basic principle as a WFT: The case shoulder rests on a conical stop collar; The neck is trimmed down against a milling cutter bit. Bill of materials: - 3D printer and filament _I used PETG, but PLA should be fine as well_, - 1 x Angled steel bracket 40x40mm, at least 150mm long, * - 4 x M5 nut and bolt _Preferably low profile nuts and 10mm bolts, but any will do._ *If you live close to a _Biltema_ store, buy their bracket #87-510 or #19-4887. If not - sorry, your'e on your own. Check the bracket hole positions in the images. Printing: - Place body standing with largest hole up and case neck hole down towards print bed. No support should be needed. Assembly: 1. Enlarge the bracket hole for your Dremel Flex Shaft. _Eeasy peasy, since you own a Dremel, right!_ 1. Fasten the thing on the bracket with nuts and bolts. _See image_ 1. Select a Dremel milling cutter from your tool box, wider than the case neck. 1. Thread in and fasten the Dremel shaft. 1. Push a case of _correct_ length into the thing. 1. Place the cutter in the Dremel chuck so that it sits tight against the cases neck. Tighten the chuck. 1. Try out on a few cases and measure their length. Adjust cutter shaft in chuck accordingly to allow more/less case length. Usage: 1. Put on safety glasses! 1. Spin up your Dremel. 1. Insert a case. 1. To ensure a perfectly even trim, rotate the case 360°. 1. Repeat step 3-4 for each case. Other calibers: I made the F3D drawing with a mind towards ease of conversion. I plan on making a 7x57R soon. But hey - Fusion 360 is free for personal use! You should have no problems remixing this for other calibers and posting back to Thingiverse.
