I was seeking a Z endstop spacer designed for effortless use of a glass plate on my Monoprice Dual Extrusion printer. Initially, I attempted a couple of spacers compatible with the Flashforge but found them to be poorly suited for the task. In response, I created this custom design using Tinkercad and sliced it in Cura, then printed it on the Monoprice printer using ABS material. The result is a snug fit that perfectly accommodates my 6.5mm plate. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Dual Extrusion Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 25% Notes: This design would likely perform satisfactorily with an infill percentage as low as 10 or 15%, but I opted for the higher setting due to my previous project's slicer settings. Design Overview: I designed this spacer using simple shapes in Tinkercad, starting with a basic rectangle and adding round 19mm holes for the z-axis linear bearings. A rectangular hole was also added to clear the z-axis drive rack, as well as two unused threaded bosses on the plate. Finally, I included text in a position that wouldn't obstruct any critical components.
