I have always loved music and bass, and have build many speakers out of wood. But I had never built one using 3D-printing so here it is. Total printing time was over 250 hours and I used over 3kg of PLA-filament. Materials needed: 13 pieces of 4mm screws for the port and lid, superglue, tape, speakercable, 6.5" subwoofer. Printer bed has to be at least 300mm x 300mm. Link for the subwoofer: https://www.soundimports.eu/en/dayton-audio-dc160-4.html#section-specifications Tests recorded with MiniDSP EARS. For listening headphones are recommended. Test 1: https://vimeo.com/491336854 Test 2: https://vimeo.com/491337542 Test 3: https://vimeo.com/491342227
