6.5" speaker spacer

I wanted a spacer for my car's speakers to clear the power windows, so I came up with this design. My goal was to attach it to the panel using large holes with a spot face and then screwing the speaker onto the spacer through smaller holes. It worked out perfectly for my requirements, and I'm sharing it with others. I added a version that's compatible with a pop-rivet tool as well.
