I could not find a 100 count tray, so I designed one. This was my second design, and 1st - 1 day+ print. Since I have learned much more since this one, I am confident I could shave the time and still hold quality. The 6.5 CM is published at .473 in diameter, the brass I use is .464, I set these at .468 because I wanted them tight. 90 were perfect, with little wiggle room, 6 were just a touch too tight, and 4 would only take a case halfway. I rigged a drill bit wrapped with emory cloth, and they are all perfect.
