This barrel causes a thermal bridge, by means of a stainless steel duct, that thermally separates the nozzle from the injection duct, with two copper threads, one attached to the hotend and the other to the extruder body. We will improve among other parameters: - the fusion, which will be more localized and concentrated in the nozzle. - extrusion, by better confining the section of filament that pushes the injection of material. - the retraction and the disappearance of jams, for the previous reason. - the stability of the injection pipe as Teflon does not deform, especially at high temperatures. - and the stability of the fusion and injection parameters at higher printing speeds. In short, with this barrel we can raise the temperatures for technical materials, without worrying and we will improve retractions in general, making the dreaded jams disappear.
