I've fabricated a casing for my Arduino/RAMPS setup and it featured a 5x5 hole for the fan, but the only fan I had on hand was a 4x4 so I needed to create this small adapter. Just attach it using some M3 screws and nuts, I used M3x2 and M3x3.
