5x3 Propeller
thingiverse
I wasn't planning on uploading these designs, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well they turned out. They come off the print bed relatively balanced and perform great on my Quadcopter. When printing these props, be sure to use a high layer height so that they're strong as possible. Also, make sure your print bed is very hot for optimal adhesion. In addition, I highly recommend setting your fill density to 100% for maximum strength around the central hub. One key thing I've discovered: this prop prints in the highest quality when you rotate the model by 90 degrees in your slicer so that the curved edge of the propeller is perpendicular to the build bed.
