5v Power supply enclosure
thingiverse
Based on the 12v power supply box design from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:806101, I designed a new version specifically for 5v 10A power supplies s-50-5. On the front, I added a ventilation grill to ensure optimal airflow and prevent overheating. In the upper part, I included a service hole for screwing in an M3 screw that holds the plate securely in place. Additionally, I designed an adductor for an activity indicator LED, which provides visual feedback on the device's status. This design does not include a switch or plug for 240v cables, as it is intended to be part of a combo unit featuring both 12v and 5v power supplies (with 5v serving as the primary source for powering management electronics and 12v used for hot end, hot bed, and motors controlled by a relay). A photo showcasing the assembled unit can be seen. All you need are two M3 screws plus two 3mm washers to complete the assembly.
