This concept is surprisingly straightforward - essentially, it's a set of four millimeter terminals connected to the end of a USB lead.\nI had a stash of these affordable 4mm sockets http://www.aliexpress.com/item/50pcs-4mm-Banana-Panel-Socket-Test-Probe-Binding-Post-Nut-Plug-Jack-Connector/32563995312.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.72.OLMwwy just collecting dust, and I happen to have a four amp USB wall charger on hand. This adapter essentially provides the interface from USB power to 4mm sockets for banana plugs.\nAssembly is hopefully self-explanatory... Just connect the red and black wires out of the USB lead to the red and black 4mm terminals. Don't forget to test with a meter before attempting to connect anything.\nThe back part was a loose fit when I printed it (I left too much tolerance for the fit), it will hold in place on its own but doesn't have a firm snap - so adjust if this bothers you.\nAs a 'stretch goal', consider installing an LED behind the five volt text on the front, the layers are thin enough to allow some light through. Just wire across red/black along with a suitable resistor and you should have a power-on indicator.
