I found this Buck Converter on Aliexpress, which delivers a stable 5V and up to 5A, offering more current than a LM2596, which consistently gave me an Undervoltage Error in Octoprint. The real issue was finding a suitable Case for it on Thingiverse; since none were available, I created my own using Fusion 360.
