This is a 5-port "Y" for ventilator circuit use. It has standard ports for inspiratory, expiratory and patient airflow. Additionally, it features a 1/8" NPT port for a sample port adapter and another port to connect an adjustable PEEP valve, acting as a pop-off safety mechanism that adjusts maximum pressure.
