Follow me to stay updated on this "live" WorkInProgress. "Messwalze" is a set of five distinct components. It's an integral part of my "Filament Meter Counter Mechanical up to 999m decimal." You can find the design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3940388. Here are my printer settings: Nozzle size: 0.4mm diameter, perfect for larger parts. Print Bed Adhesion: I use a Skirt setting. Filament diameter: 1.75mm is what I prefer. Bed Temperature: It's set to 65 °C. Nozzle temperature: I've got it at 210 °C. Infill percentage: 35% is my standard setting. First Layer thickness: I start with 0.15mm. Layer height: Each subsequent layer is 0.125mm thick. Wall width: I use a consistent 1.2mm for the walls. Top and Bottom thickness: Both are set to 1.2mm. Retraction: It's turned off in my settings. Printing speed: My default speed is 60mm/s. Wall speed: For walls, I use a slower speed of 30mm/s.
