You'll want to attach feet of different sizes under a 5mm diameter wire dish drainer basket to keep it level, with half on the sink and half on the bench, and also prevent scratching the sink as it moves around. To do this, you'll need to find four silicone rubber pads for each foot to stop it from scratching. You will likely have to superglue the U-shaped part of each foot to the metal of your dishrack.
