5mm to 12mm spider coupling

I'd be happy to create a simple adapter for a 5mm shaft that fits snugly onto a 12mm shaft. Just let me know if you need any other sizes, and I'll see what I can come up with. For now, I've designed the "spider" part to be printed in flexible filament, which allows it to conform to the shape of the shafts. The fit is quite tight, but it works beautifully.
