My kid takes a beating on his delta sport kite and has already lost the elastic loop ends on his kite. This replacement rod is specifically designed as a direct 5mm upgrade. The ball end was crafted to prevent his constant crashes from pushing the rods through the webbing on the nose of his kite. He may need to trim his rods to achieve the perfect length with these new parts installed.
