This is a slightly-modified version of rookiewookie's filament guide. Changes:

Spacing between the mounting "forks" reduced to about 5 mm

Length of the slot between the forks deepened by a few milimeters

thickness of the arm increased by 1 mm or so

Rotated the model to sit flat on the plate
You may need to file the forks a bit (to increase the gap), to fit your particular frame.

Print instructions

Licence: Creative Commons - Attribution Category: 3D Printer Accessories Print Settings

Printer Brand: RepRap

Printer: Prusa i3

Rafts: No

Supports: Yes

Resolution: 0.2 mm

Infill: 30%

Notes:

Watch the curve on the left (e.g. other end of the forks), as it's technically an overhang and may be difficult to print without adequate supports, especially with PLA.

Post-Printing

It's sized to exactly 5 mm between the forks, but some sanding/filing of that slot may be necessary to remove stringies and related artifacts.

How I Designed This

Just used blender to import the original STL, tweak, and re-export.
