5mm LED housing - Optical barrier

Hello again! I've crafted a housing/case for 5mm LEDs or photodiodes that fits perfectly every time. This design is ideal for an optical barrier, but its applications extend far beyond that. To achieve the best results, I recommend printing at a layer height of 0.1-0.2 mm, using lower speeds and high infill density. A nozzle diameter of 0.4mm is also recommended. When printing at 0.1 layer height, be sure to use Optical_Barrier_Plug.stl. However, if you're using a higher layer height, the Smaller design might be necessary to ensure a snug fit. I'll attempt to attach a .dwg file so you can modify it as needed. Unfortunately, I'm still learning how to create SCAD files, but I hope this will give you a good starting point to work from.
