5mm LED holder solderless
thingiverse
This compact gadget enables easy attachment of a 5mm LED onto flat surfaces without soldering. It supports series or parallel circuit connections for multiple LEDs. A new version features side-mounted screws, providing an improved appearance but slightly increased installation difficulty. The original design is also retained. Each LED requires: 5mm LED, 2x M2 8mm hexagon socket screws, and 2x M2 square nuts, along with wires. Essential tools include an M2 Allen key and adhesive like glue or blue tack. Of course, a 3D printer is necessary for printing the part. Due to its small size, print the component with utmost accuracy. For installation instructions, refer to my illustrative image. Secure the holder using blue tack, glue, or any preferred adhesive.
