5mm Version of My Bevel Cutter and Safety Block --------------------------------------------------- For cutting precise angles on 5mm EVA foam, I've developed smaller versions of my popular bevel cutter and safety block. Cutting Angles with Precision ----------------------------- These cutters make it easy to achieve 90°, 60° (or 30° if you cut from the underside), and 45° cuts in your 5mm EVA foam projects. The precision is key when working with EVA foam. Files Included ---------------- You'll find two STL files: * `foam_bevel_cut_5mm_hollow.stl`: This file has a hollow center, which can save you time and material. * `foam_bevel_cut_5mm_solid.stl`: For ease of printing, this solid block is the way to go. Hardware Requirements ---------------------- To assemble these cutters, you'll need: * M3 screws (at least two) - 5-10mm in length should work just fine. * A utility blade with a trapezoid shape and two slots on top.
