The Athena Makeover Kit extends the tab on the Aegis clip from 2mm to 5mm, ensuring compatibility with a wider variety of arms for Barbie-style dolls. This upgrade is specifically designed for Fashionista-type dolls that feature movable hands. The standard 2mm clip often fails to secure properly due to the fixed flared hand position found in other models, causing the shield to pop off. By extending the clip to 5mm, it fits securely and effectively. Additionally, this longer clip accommodates male Barbie-style dolls with larger forearm dimensions. Some printers may experience issues with the transition from the tab to the circular band, resulting in a poor connection. However, the 5mm tab compensates for these discrepancies by allowing the tab to attach more deeply and securely within the shield.
