This remix originated from a desire for a larger box and an intention to utilize 5mm plywood. Resizing was performed to accommodate this new material dimension, and modifications were introduced for multiple work areas. The available alternatives consist of: An original layout, featuring four rows of drawers, adapted to accommodate 5mm materials. A two-row drawer model Three rows of drawers in one setup Nine row drawers/bookshelf arrangement (further information is listed below) Customized dividers, spacers, and a tool holder system (currently being developed) Notes: The corel file contains details regarding its creation with CorelDraw X6. A note about material use: laser cutting software designates cuts in red and scans in black by default. Writing and optional components are depicted as outlined in black or blue for this reason. These specifications also provide color details: red represents cut parts while black indicates uncut sections, usually reserved for inner pieces requiring alternative speeds or powers. Dividers were placed to facilitate optimized material usage; however, the designs are not welded together, but rather, cut to separate easily and then can be combined at will. Material choice: Five-millimeter plywood was chosen from Home Depot's inventory due to its desirable features. Unfortunately, Lowe's could not offer an equivalent. For formaldehyde-free wood requirements, this material did not prove ideal due to excessive smoke production during usage. Although it does produce a quality end product, smoke emission caused complications with maintaining a clean workspace and mirrors' clarity. Bookshelf Layout: 20-inch high units enable the possibility of up to nine rows of drawers or three tiers with storage space for about a dozen books. Problems: It has been noticed that such layouts result in limited depth dimensions; hence the largest drawer cannot be installed at the base, leading to instability issues. To overcome this issue, it's recommended using smaller compartments accompanied by dividers and proper support arrangements; any setup consisting of dividers and larger drawers is functional and workable.
