I'm still pretty new to 3d printing, but I made a functional barrel nut to allow for the 5KU MK15 repro rail to fit a VFC 416 CQB. The one that comes with the rail is too large for some reason, so I modeled this after another existing .stl. Fits well and fits tight, and is shimmed perfectly against the outer barrel. I know the print isn't amazing, but it works!
