5DF Spool Adapter with 608 bearing
pinshape
I've printed a few 5DF spool hubs, and so far, between strength and speed of printing, the Small spool support (5 Dollar Filament) has my heart. But I'm using smooth 5/16" rod, which makes a standard 608 bearing super nice to have - it holds things square enough and rolls well. So, I simply updated mrice's design by adding a 22.05mmx7mm hub and took out a bit more plastic because let's face it, it doesn't need to support that much weight. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40% Cubic 3D Notes: Nothing much to add - I sliced in Cura and used the amethyst in 1.75 (and it's very transparent, more so than the photos give credit, even better at 0.1 res!). How I Designed This: I imported the STL from mrice's thing into Tinkercad and made my changes! Feel free to pick up where I left off and make it your own!
