I set out to remix this project with one main goal - getting the edge contour closer to the original. After several attempts, I'm confident that I've finally nailed it! Additionally, I took the time to tidy up some of the internal lines for a smoother finish. When attaching the tool to the knife, I employed paper on both sides and utilized channel-lock style pliers. A vise would also work well, just be sure to use something to keep the tool and plastic separate - this will prevent any unwanted marring. It's essential to ensure that your slicer is set up correctly. Specifically, make sure to rotate your print so that the flat side is facing down. I used supports during printing and opted for 100% infill for added strength. A note about the Pen side: there's a small built-in support feature that should come off with ease. This design ensures that the lock stub prints strongly enough, which is crucial for its intended function.
