Besides the printed parts you'll need: AstroSolar Safety Film OD 5.0 or its equivalent alternative. 58 mm screw-thread lens mount. I acquired mine from a low-cost replica of Mennon DV-S 58. Three 4×6 mm bolts (or similar) with nuts. Cyanoacrylate glue, commonly known as Super Glue. Print the parts using a heat-resistant white plastic that tolerates UV light and sand them thoroughly. Cut the bolting holes to match your bolts' specifications. Cut a 70 mm diameter circle (60 mm + 5 mm overlap) from AstroSolar Safety Film OD 5.0. Attach the film to one of the circle flange parts using glue. Then, attach the second flange part to the first, ensuring the film is sandwiched between two flanges. Cut the screw-threading section of the lens hood and sand it as well. Attach it to the triangle flange mount using glue. Secure the filter and the lens adapter together with bolts.
