PrintingAny material should be fine--it's not designed to hold food items or be subjected to heat/pressure. I used PETG, but that was to match the filament I used for the tamping stand and portafilter dosing funnel, which are subjected to heat / pressure.Designed to print without supports, shouldn't need much infill at all--there are a lot of wide open areas that may suffer on surface quality if you use sparse infill, though.It's big. The version uploaded here is the first one I printed, and I've been using it every day since I printed it in early January of 2022. The height of the tamping and wedge stand was designed to match the portafilter basket holder, which I tacked to the left side with a little bit of CA glue.The only thing I might change (if I made any future iterations) would be to increase the clearance depth of the distribution wedge and tamper, but both have enough room that it's never been an issue.
