This gear allows an encoder to sit on the headstock of a MX-210V or WM210V lathe and spin at a 1:1 relationship to the spindle. The Cone design fits over a standard 38mm encoder and the height of the cone allows the built in gear on the spindle to match the teeth of this gear. I had some issues with wobble so added two M3 set screws to press against the flat of the encoder. They may not be needed.
