This is to become my enclosure for the 5570-Z15 ATC CNC router machine I'm building.It is not a finished or proven design just yet. I am still in the early design stage. But the base structure and general components are possible to produce as is. Some hole additions might be needed though.And again, I'm working with limited space available in an apartment, that's the reason why it is so tight around the machine itself.But it can house the CNC machine, a compressor Drift-Air JWS30, a vacuum pump with a 24L tank, possibility of adding a spindle coolant chiller/tank as well as a small chip "bucket" if needed. Still playing with the thought of adding a chip conveyor and flood coolant into this design. But that will not happen in the short term.Also it will be made up of carefully chosen materials to help with sound absorption/"deadening" as well as being chemical and heat resistant. Heat resistant as in being fire proof up to a degree where it would take a long exposure time of the flames, to actually be able to catch fire itself. Because I do not want to get in trouble with any insurance companies or similar situations.Once I have built it, I will upload a finalized version of this design, but I figured it could be of an inspiration to someone.
