As I am in need of a "quicker" access to my own CNC machine, I ended up designing this CNC router.The motors I have at my disposal, where intended for my 1700x3500x350 CNC router, but it can serve it's purpose here as well.- Vacuum table incorporated into the base plate of the machine.- 4 zone vacuum plate, opens and closes by loosening one or more M8 bolts.- Multiple spindles, GDK80, GDL80 and "JGL100 3kw"- Should give a theoretical resolution of XYZ 0.025/0.05, 5mm lead/10mm lead.- Uses SFU 16Ø ball screws, with modified nuts and nut housings.- 80Ø and 100Ø Spindle type of mounting plates, easy to alter to another size.- 7 end stop sensors in blueprint, in this version.- Includes placement of a tool length measure sensor.- Cable chain support brackets for XY axis, Z could be added manually.*Re-named the CNC from 7055-Z10, to 5570-Z10It makes more sense to have XYZ in order, as it should be.
