I'm using the largest hole saw my Milwaukee kit came with, which is a 2 1/8" or 54mm Grommet. I made this in Fusion 360 and have attached the file for you to modify as needed for your specific situation. Most grommets I found were only 17mm long, but I needed one that was 46mm long to fit a thick piece.
