54mm & 70mm Spool Arbors

<p>These are two Arbors I made for the Lack Enclosure V2 Spool holder. The arbors have a space for standard MR-148ZZ bearings of which the bottom requires supports to print correctly. The original arbors have slots for them but I could not find a bearing that would fit, and when my spools were on them they made a lot of racket because they were too small and rolled awkwardly around the arbor sometimes on the rod sometimes on the printed part. As the spools get lighter they will likely spin on the printed arbor, however when they are more than a quarter full mine spin very nicely and quietly. I created these because most of the filaments I typically use for instance, Polymaker, Overture and ZYLtech use 55mm holes on their respective spools. ZYLtech also has a larger holed spool that is around 72mm. The original spool holders would allow these to roll onto the high side and make a lot of racket. The larger arbors solve this problem and the addition of bearings lets them roll very smoothly and quietly.</p> <p>Edit: It was suggested that I add models for the original 608Z bearings. These are much larger holes than the original so you really need to add supports for the bottom. I have included a slicer file with the added support enforcers.</p> <p>While I modeled this from scratch in Fusion 360, I drew inspiration from the V2 Lack enclosure, I also drew some inspiration to do this based on the "Filament Spool Center 40mm" by Marco, as well as the "MMU2S Filament Spindle Washers" by Dan and while the washers were not what I was looking for it did give me the idea that bearings would work much better for my needs than the washers would. The idea to basically redraw it wholesale came from Marco's rendition so I have added them to my list as it was from their remixes that I drew inspiration and would like to credit them and offer my gratitude.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I printed these in 0.15mm Quality setting with a support enforcer on the lower bearing hole.</p>
