53mm WDT Tool - Espresso Distribution Tool

<p>If you're reading this, you probably know what the Duomo distribution tool (or the Normcore equivalent). Both improve the distribution and workflow but they are pricey. I designed my own to be similar to the Duomo.&nbsp;</p><p>I specifically made this to fit with my La Spaziale Lucca A53 so it will work with portafilters for Vivaldi II Mini and other 53mm La Spaziale machines.&nbsp;</p><p>Printed in two parts:</p><ol><li>Base – 8 holes for inserting the 3d printer nozzle cleaning needles. I specifically used 70mm long needles / 30mm handles at .4mm thickness. You can likely go thinner or shorter depending on the basket you are using.<ul><li>Print settings for base: .2mm resolution, 5% infill. Printed with supports and the inner portion on the buildplate</li></ul></li><li>Cover - threads are printed on base and cover. I printed the cover at 101.5% scale to screw in cleaner/easier. You may have to cut down the handle in the needles to fit into the cover easier. Otherwise, you can just bend to fit.<ul><li>Print settings for cover: .2mm resolution, 5% infill. Printed with supports and the top of the cover on the buildplate.</li></ul></li></ol><p>Printed in PLA+ but PETG would be fine. I included a couple screenshots from a video of it in use.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
