53 Pencil Case

My trusty Pencil has been carelessly tossed about my backpack for far too long, enduring countless dings and scuffs, prompting me to take matters into my own hands and finally tackle OpenSCAD, a tool that will undoubtedly change the game for me. My inaugural model, an unassuming yet practical sheath-style case designed specifically for the 53 Pencil (a versatile stylus), is the result of this newfound knowledge. Guidelines Since I'm reasonably certain that every 53 Pencil unit is identical, slight variations in print tolerances can have a noticeable impact. To ensure a snug fit, test out an initial inch or so and make minor adjustments to the X and Y dimensions by as much as ±5% for optimal results. Alternatively, you could consider printing it large and inserting a delicate felt lining. The underlying OpenSCAD code is refreshingly simple yet incorporates MCAD functions – rather than submitting an incomplete project, I decided to leave this model as is.
