First off, if you enjoy these designs and find them useful, please do like, follow, and share my content. If you have any ideas or concepts to modify the content, I would love to hear from you! I'm really enjoying creating these omni wheels, and this is my most successful one so far. They're perfect for grippy surfaces like felt, cloth, and vinyl. The plastic wheels often struggle to find grip on hard, smooth surfaces. These fit snugly onto the 3mm D-shaft of Pololu micro-metal geared motors. A good push will help them settle into place, but you'll need a M3 nut and grub screw for a tighter fit if necessary. Each of the eight rollers is secured with an M3 nut and bolt. You can find the Micro-Metal Geared Motor Mount here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2543948 When printing, make sure to use a relatively thin wall thickness so that you can print the thinner sections successfully. You'll need supports (touching the build plate only) for this design. Let me know what you think! June 6th, 2018 Update: I've added IGES and STEP files to the collection.
