First off, let me please ask that if you enjoy these designs and find them useful, please do like, follow and share my content. And if you have any ideas or concepts to modify the content, I would love to hear! The 52mm wheel utilizes 3mm bolts throughout its entire structure. I also expanded the hub, increased the size of the rollers, and enhanced the threaded hub insert for both wheel sizes. I strongly recommend printing the 67mm wheel prior to attempting the smaller wheel. It would be fantastic to see what's capable with a SLA/DLP resin type printer. I envision some innovative variants of the main body to minimize material usage. In development is a two-part roller that can be printed in two distinct materials, such as plastic and ninja flex, in order to produce a solid roller body with an outer layer having greater grip. I have removed the "work in progress" tag, though more updates will undoubtedly follow. These omnidirectional wheels are specifically designed for robotics projects, featuring rollers mounted via M3 x 30mm bolts, and the hub has been engineered to accommodate different shafts without altering the overall design. These designs are still a work in progress and are being optimized for FDM printing. They are currently suitable for high-resolution FDM/FFM type printers and SLS/SLA/SLM/DLP type printers. Ideally, I would like these to function well while printed on a standard FDM/FFM printer operated by a user with minimal skills. The provided model is compatible with http://www.dagurobot.com type motor/gearbox shafts, for example http://www.dagurobot.com/goods.php?id=165. If you utilize this model, please do like/share/comment and let me know how it goes. I am eager to see some printed parts from the 3D printing and robotics community. If you would like advice on creating a centre hub to suit a particular shaft, simply drop me a line and we can discuss the possibilities. It doesn't take long to modify the hub for another shaft size/arrangement.
