Now compatible with 525 version, a June 2017 stock file check.\nFor perfect roller and corner belt alignment, add two speed washers per roller. Place them between the bearings and the roller body.\nInitially, it was intended to be tightened by four M4x80 screws, but I couldn't find them locally.\nYou can still do it; just don't insert the M4 nuts into the blocks, only in the corner foot.\nI didn't use plastic inserts. It's a hard item to find, so blind rivet nuts were used instead. So I approached the issue from another angle. First, design the belt tensioner and then adapt the corner block to it.\nThe corner block ended up being a stiff and easy-to-print part with a bulky look that I like, but the parts of the tensioner are more tricky to print. The clip's teeth should match perfectly with the timing belt.
