Just print what's necessary: nothing more, nothing less! Thus, the brush holder prints faster while maintaining good strength. * **A central pillar:** instead of the 3 small conventional arms, the central pillar guarantees the stability of the holder and offers other advantages. * **52 holes:** most brush holders sold online only offer 49 holes. With this support, you gain 3 more holes! * **3 hole diameters:** the holder can hold brushes with a maximum diameter of 14 mm (0,55"), 16 mm (0.63") and 17.5 mm (0.69"). * **Higher cell walls:** the cell walls are 9.2 mm (0.36") high, ensuring that the brushes don't slip out of their slots, regardless of their diameter. Because, sometimes, size matters. * **Easy to assemble and disassemble:** just print & play! You can start using your brush holder literally seconds after printing it, and take it apart just as easily to take it wherever you need it. * **Lightweight:** with an approximate total weight of 69g (2.43oz), the 52-hole brush holder is twice as light as its equivalent sold online! ## **Size:** * **Width:** 146 mm (5.75") * **Length:** 146 mm (5.75") * **Height of the base and the upper part each:** 10 mm (0.39") * **Height of central pillar:** 106 mm (4.17") by default. Of course, you can scale up or down in your slicer according to your needs. * **Total weight:** ± 69g (2.43 oz) * Top part weight: ± 21g (0.74 oz) * Base weight: ± 35g (1.23 oz) * Central pillar weight (no infill): ± 13g (0.45 oz) ## **Making tips:** * Print the parts one after the other, not joined. No supports needed. * Print the parts flat, not standing on an edge. * The parts can be printed at a relatively "high" speed: I have personally printed them with PLA at 60mm/s on my CR10S Pro V2, including the central pillar. * No need to change your infill parameters in the slicer: there is only space for 2 walls of 0.4 mm (0.015") thick each and space for the top/bottom of 4 x 0.2 mm (0.007"). Even the central pillar can be printed without infill. * Take the tolerances into account! Especially for the central pillar. The model was designed without taking tolerances into account (each printer and settings being different). If you know your printing tolerances, maybe you should take them into account so that the center pillar fits snugly into the slots provided.
