Print with the wide end down using a brim. I achieved a wonderful print using a .4mm nozzel with a .48mm line width at a layer height of .2mm. I used inland PLA+. PLA is generally food safe so it is fine to use with consumables, including coffee. However, I do recommend giving it a good wash with soap and water before the first use.
