An ambitious start at designing an expansion chamber for 510 mod box style vapes, but it gradually transformed into something more akin to an anti-spit/turbulence chamber. This innovative design significantly increases drag while producing a very cool charge. While it may not be ideal for blowing clouds, it does allow for incredibly deep and long inhales. One of its primary applications is in vapes that use RDAs or RDTAs prone to spitting hot e-juice at the user, making it a useful solution for this common issue. However, users with oversized 12mm drip-tips may find the top a bit tight. To resolve this, I recommend either switching to a different O-ring configuration or reprinting one of my designs that features 0% infill and a squashed Z-axis to reduce O-ring obstruction. I plan to reassess the expansion chamber concept at a later time.
