50X50 DIY Dremel CNC

I wanted to build the DIY Dremel CNC with my 3D printer but the parts were too massive for my build volume. I also wanted to manufacture the components from metal, I adore 3D printing but it's not extremely robust. So all the components are 50mm right-angle aluminum and all the components are bolted together securely. I also lengthened the X-axis so it's now a spacious 500mm square. It's still an ongoing project, there are numerous tiny issues that keep arising. 08/08/19 - The work continues, I have added an 850w router that is easy and inexpensive to install in place of the Dremel. My next challenge will be designing a sturdy router mount.
